Guacamole Italiano

15 minutesAn Italian twist on basic guacamole, this recipe will leave you wanting more. Mangia!
Ingredients:
- 2 avocados, cut in half, seeded, peeled
- ½ tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon shredded fresh basil leaves or 1 teaspoon dried
- 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped sun-dried tomato (packed in oil, drained)
- 2 tablespoons toasted pine nuts
- ½ teaspoon salt
Get Started:
Step 1: Coarsely mash avocados in a large bowl. Stir in vinegar, basil, cheese, tomatoes, pine nuts and salt.
Step 2: Serve immediately with tortilla chips, pita crisps, carrots, or whatever else you can think of.
