An Italian twist on basic guacamole, this recipe will leave you wanting more. Mangia!

Ingredients:

  • 2 avocados, cut in half, seeded, peeled
  • ½  tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon shredded fresh basil leaves or 1 teaspoon dried
  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2  tablespoons chopped sun-dried tomato (packed in oil, drained)
  • 2  tablespoons toasted pine nuts
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Get Started:

Step 1: Coarsely mash avocados in a large bowl. Stir in vinegar, basil, cheese, tomatoes, pine nuts and salt.

Step 2: Serve immediately with tortilla chips, pita crisps, carrots, or whatever else you can think of.
