Avocado Cilantro Dipping Sauce

15 minutesThis Avocado Cilantro Dipping sauce is the prefect accompaniment for roasted potatoes, grilled vegetables, grilled fish and chicken, or even on top of your favorite burritos or tacos.
Ingredients:
- ¾ cup Greek yogurt (can use low-fat or fat-free)
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
- 2 cloves garlic
- ¼ cup lightly packed fresh cilantro leaves
- ½ tablespoon lime juice
- salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Get Started:
Step 1: Puree yogurt, avocado and garlic in a blender or small food processor until smooth.
Step 2: Add cilantro and lime juice and pulse on and off until finely chopped.
Step 3: Season to taste with salt and pepper.
